If any of you are following my
fiancee, ask-candlelight-song, then you know what’s going on. Basically, the situation is that Patchy just turned 18 and had to move out. She had no where to go, and I happened to be visiting my family in Arizona the same week she had to be out. So, I called up the ol’ family and asked about us both staying with them until we could find jobs, get an apartment, etc. and they said yes! (Cost of living is a LOT lower in my hometown than it is here.) So, we cleaned out her house, packed her suitcase, and now we’re going to both be in Arizona, living together, in 1 week, and it’s all thanks to everyone who helped us out! I really can’t thank you enough; without your donations, who knows what would have happened. Thank you all SO much.
The next few weeks are going to be pretty tough, but I’ll try my hardest to actually update/post during that time!
Once again, thank you all! Not just the people who donated, but to anyone who wished us luck or gave words of encouragement as well! I know for sure it helped Patchy keep her head up! <3
Hi everyone. You’ve probably noticed that my art has been painfully, painfully slow. I’m sorry about that. Here’s what’s been happening the past couple of months.
I didn’t graduate on time, boo hoo. That wasn’t the end of the world. I’ve been going to summer school (Yuck) and I’m going to be graduating high school in 3 days.
Now for the stressful part. I’m about to be 18, and my parents are basically cutting me off. I told them about wanting to move to Arizona, and the great plans I have in place, and they basically disowned me. So, now I’m moving out with no support from back home. It’s been really stressful, so I hope you can see why art has taken the back burner recently.
Thank you to the people who commissioned me ages ago for being so patient. I promise I will get them done with the best quality I can possibly muster. It’s going to take a lot of time, though, so I’m going to be selfish and ask for your patience. Thank you.
